This page was created so that fellow Tulanians of the class of '97 and '98 could get together and inform each other of current events and other important news. I hope all of you are doing well! To have your news included on this page, please email me at the address below. I will add a link to my main homepage as soon as I can. Thanks a million, and take care! |
This year's Mardi Gras was a success. Though we all arrived in N.O. at different times, we were still able to get together for at least one night. Thanks to Mark, Mansel, Jason, Kevin, Ninoska, Suki, and their friends for making an effort to make it to this year's festivities. Plans are under way to schedule next year's bash. Tulanians get a full week for the Gras in 2000, from March 5-12. Getting together and renting a couple of rooms for a few days might be a good idea. Let me know what you think. . . | ||||||||||||||||||||||

99/05/06 For those of you who remember Stuart Corrie, he's doing well and is enjoying his new job as a full-time house proctor and music teacher for 48 high-school juniors and seniors at an English boarding school. After a brief stint as a professional freelance musician, working in a Cathedral and playing gigs throughout Europe, he quit that life and opted for the stability offered in his present job. He's also in charge of the Sixth Form bar where apparently his pupils are allowed to drink on weekends. As you can see, he's plenty busy forging the hearts and minds of today's youth! He would like to convey his best wishes to all the folks he knew at Tulane and would like to hear from them as well. Stuart can be reached at: [email protected] . Cheers! _____________________________________________ 99/05/06 Bill Louie is now in the States! As many of you know, Bill served a tour in South Korea, protecting us all from the evils of Communism. He will now report to Ft. Drum (New York), and from there he may go to Ranger School. His travel plans this month (May) include one week stops in Hawaii, Los Angeles, and Dallas. Drop him a line sometime at [email protected] _____________________________________________ 99/05/07 Mark Schutt will graduate with his Masters in Civil Engineering on May 14. He would like everyone to know that he anticipates still being in town during Mardi Gras 2000. Click Here to see Mark and Sandra Bullock during last year's festivities. Way to go! _____________________________________________ 99/05/07 Ninoska Alvarez will be attending the University of Miami for her Masters in Physical Therapy. The program starts on May 18. Congratulations to both Mark and Ninoska! _____________________________________________ 99/05/13 Tara Bailey is still in Germany working with transportation issues materialized by the Kosovo situation. She says that she is quite busy with her job but plans to visit the States by the end of this year. Tara received a promotion to 1st LT last November. Way to go! The "Snortmeister" can be reached at [email protected] Grease is the word. . . _____________________________________________ 99/05/17 Looks like one of us is getting HITCHED! That's right... Kevin Timmins will tie the knot with a yet unnamed girl on January 15, 2000. The ceremony will take place in Spokane, WA. Congratulations! Kevin can be reached at [email protected] _____________________________________________ 99/06/23/99 Jean-Claude will be in West Point this summer and can be contacted at [email protected].
